Eating problem?
Answers: Sounds similar to your mind is associating food with disorder. Subconsciously, food=sick. Keep eating crackers and other small things, approaching dry cereal, gingerale, applesauce. Don't worry roughly it too much. Just as long as you're getting something in your stomach. You're appetite will come hindmost when your mind realizes that food make you feel apt.
I totally know that feeling and the longer you jump w/o eating, the worse it get! You have to force yourself! there's a faultless green thing that may backing increase your appetite...then find foods that trademark you cringe the least. When I'm surrounded by that state it is usually white foods: soft cheese like buffalo mozzarella, soft white bread, coconut liquid, matzo ball soup--stuff that's mild, soft and not strongly flavored! buy some of these foods and force yourself to munch through a small amount every few hours. your tummy may be upset by having food contained by it after being uninhabited for so long. ginger tea and/or pepto tablets may help. eventually, your gag reflex will stop and you'll be put money on on track with a in good health appetite again! I know this is hard to do, but you enjoy to, or you'll make yourself sicker! Good luck!!
