Answers:    No, it does not mess up his sex drive. The best passageway is to ask a urologist, but me being a manly. Had that done and has not effect me. He might be bored with that and no longer turns him on, so might want to something different. Pushing on the prostate to spawn ejaculate does not give any orgasium sensation.
