The actual doses in in that are a bit off for common overall requirements, so it's good to build sure you have a perfect diet with this combination.
It seem odd that it's so high-ranking on Zinc and Iron (be careful beside the Iron, as some people inevitability less than others), but it's so low on Calcium and comparatively low on some of the B vitamins (which is a bit unusual for a prenatal vitamin).

The best agency to be sure if this is "good for you" is to ask your doctor how much of respectively of those you need. Most ethnic group need abundantly more Calcium, Vitamin E and Vitamin A than that throughout the day and smaller amount Zinc and Iron. You may want to talk to your doctor at lowest possible about the Iron content of that... too much Iron is toxic, after adjectives.

Oh, and you should NOT go over the recommendation on the bottle unless a doctor says otherwise. It can be immensely bad for you... especially within a product like this that have more than 100% of the RDA of Iron. That could kill you and/or hurt your newborn over time.
