Answers: There is no miracle, you should first do simple works you can approaching good hygiene,nouns sleep,healthy diet. Then try to avoid polluted and crowded areas. Have some rest next to nature,or reading adjectives books.Discipline is also very crucial to observe. Try valerian tea instead of coffee. And if you are lucky to enjoy a real friend, you can speak something like your stressses with him/her.
And concluding but certainly not lowest possible, do not be greedy to keep physical and mental robustness at good horizontal.
