Answers:    I used to smoke... and when I did it, it be because I was LAZY. It wasn't until lately that I realized the impair that cigarette butts can cause. It isn't purely littering.

I started working for group home of mentally handicapped people a while pay for. One of them, Ray, is an ex-smoker. Although he hasn't smoked for years, he still has cravings. Anywhere we turn he will try to run away from us so he can grab cigarette butts from parking lots, curbs, etc. It might nouns comical, but as soon as he gets his hand on the butts he shoves them in his mouth. The apology why it is so horrible is because it causes him to own seizures. If the culture who threw those butts out their windows could one and only see him during a seizure they wouldn't do it.
