Answers: If he REALLY did smoke pot (ONLY POT) TWO WEEKS ago, then he should be O.K!
And F.Y.I, most 'urine drug tests' DON'T blind for marijuana! Unless they are looking for that specifically, I doubt they'll find it; those tests are usually to find the 'harder' drugs...!

...But consequently, if he's pretty SURE he's going to flunk the test, he could cheat! (Hopefully nearby are no cameras...or he's good at 'sleight of hand'...) Get a friend (A REAL GOOD friend would do this; perchance someone like YOU...!?!), to 'pee' for him! (He could purely take the (ah-hem), 'sample' beside him....and pull the ol' switcheroo! Et voila, he comes out next to a 'negative' drug test and a positively huge 'debt' owed to you! ;)
It usually take about a month. Tell him to drink A LOT of marine and also juice lofty in sour (orange, cranberry) so he'll pee a lot. Also there's stuff you can buy online or at guide shops that you drink (it's nasty though) to verbs out your system within a couple of days....
