Can I sue the hospital where on earth I worked or find compensation ?

I was a long-suffering transportation worker at a big hospital in NYC.One morning I pushed a stretcher that I think be broken and I hurt my back...I didn't imagine anything of it but the next morning i couldn't acquire out of bed, so I didn't come into work for 3 days then when I go back they made a report and sent me to their doctor, who said I should stay out of work for a few more days. when I go back I be put on probation for not reporting incident as soon as it happaned..I was angry so I quit, I know bad move, but I own been have my back stir out on and off since the incident..this be 4 months ago..i was single employed there for something like 2 months before this happend..do i own any legal grounds ? i am competent to get my medical chronicles from the incident. what should I do ? if anything ?


Answers:    you can sue anyone you want for anything you want
you are legally permitted a copy of your medical dictation but may have to reward a minimal fee for it
it does not issue how long you were employed nearby
but make sure you own a good legal representative and doctor with documentation from him that this problem persist and is a direct cause of the incident
you own to be able to prove it
and trust me the hospital have more lawyers- time and resources to protect their interests than you do
it can take years to resolve this
you hold the option but do you want to invest the time to persue this
also lift into consideration did this incident permanently disable you from earn a living
I would ask in the lawful section.

I don't assume you could sue them, though. You may have be able to receive disability or workman's compensation out of them, but it is unlikely now because you only just got batty and quit.
