I stipulation resembling eleven hours of sleep a darkness, and an hour long rest during the time...Is this common?

I have trouble getting up at 6:30am for university, and when I get home, I cart an hour long nap beforehand dinner (sometimes I sleep through it), and then I only go subsidise to bed. I'm sleeping about 12-13 hours a light of day. Is this normal? I'd sleep more if I could, but next to homework and school, I can't squeeze anymore surrounded by.


Answers:    No this isn't typical. You need to travel see your doctor. They may want to see if you're iron deficient. That will product you really tired if you are. There are many reason though as to why you are so tired. That's just one suggestion. Your consumption habits may be another problem.If you're feminine then it could be a hormonal problem. Too much sleep can own an opposite effect and in fact make you quality more tired, unfortunately. Being a youth, you probably need more sleep than the average fully developed, but 12 hours is probably a little excessive. If you are staying up behind schedule at night and sleeping within on the weekends, it can kind of mess up your sleep diary sometimes and reduce the level of your sleep during the weekdays. Overall, I wouldn't really worry almost it, because your sleep schedule will stability out when you get elder. If it bothers you though, you could try being more physically alive during the day and it will relief you feel more awake during the hours of daylight and give you more strength.
