Do those vitamins specifically for fleece, nail and skin really work?
Answers: Well, if you're using the right vitamins and you need the benefits, surely!
The biggest ingredients that help for respectable hair, skin, and nail are Biotin (one of the B vitamins), MSM, Silica (often from Horsetail), Hyaluronic Acid, L-Cysteine, and some of the other B vitamins.
One of the other posters was technically right almost the pre-natal vitamins... but that's because they have greatly of B vitamins, especially Biotin and Folic Acid, plus women take them for various months.
The biggest problem with hair/skin/nail products is the expectations of the relatives taking them.... they don't realize that it affects the health of the NEW spike, skin, and nails, and that those lift a few months to see the new growth. Many nation expect pills to help like a shot and assume that it would work on the hair/nails that have already grown... but it doesn't.
A multivitamin will assistance a little next to hair, skin, and/or nail because it will have some small amount of the B vitamins... but there's not markedly much. Also, another major decide factor of if or how well a hair/skin/nail product will work for you is if you're wanting the nutrition... meaning if your nail aren't very vigorous to start with. If your hair/nails aren't immensely healthy, I'd vote give it a shot for a few months... your skin should be well again, and you should see the roots of your hair and the bed of your nails human being much healthier. Good luck!
I don't expect so. I took them for a month and didn't notice any difference. Recently I started taking a multivitamin for women every year, although with intake better (making sure I was getting plenty of fruits and veggies) and drinking plentifully of water. I notice that my nails own become healthier a short time ago from that.
