I was lay on the floor talking on the phone to a friend, and adjectives of the sudden(while I was still lay down), I got REALLY dizzy, and I couldn't stroll or get up, it be really hard. I sit down for a bit, and my heart started beating really hastily.. and It was a bit knotty to walk, however, it be lighting up. I got some dampen, and now everything is fine. I'm still a bit shaky though.
