Answers:    I used to be a customer service rep for an insurance company that handled medicaid accounts. It wouldn't be the first time I took an ER report when someone go to the ER for a non-life threatening situation such as sneezing. I took one for someone who thought it was ok to run to the ER for a minor sliver in their finger.
