What symptons can I expect if my Iron-level is HIGH?

but you still inevitability meat or some source of iron.
im vegan, and for my iron i give somebody a lift iron pills.
Constipation, hard stools/having to use more go than usual, black stools. Mainly having to do near poo. Nothing too too bad.
Eat more fiber...and guzzle less red meat....red meats fashion things worse...they cause constipation and are severely high within iron. Eat more fiber rich things..whole grain..more veggies..all of them, and stay away from other foods know to be glorious in iron.
