Dehydration?

Lately, I haven't been drinking awfully much lately. I don't know why but I just haven't be feeling thirsty, so I forget to drink. I never drink near my meals and lately I've be getting a lot of headache.
My mother said it was because of dehydration, but I can't seem to be to force myself to drink more.
How can I find ways to drink more water and liquid to take away these headache?

Answers:    There is a great article on water vs sports drinks for hydration at http://www.gssiweb.com/Article_Detail.as...

A bit logical, but some really good, science base info.
Talks about drinking plain dampen reducing "thirst" and thereby not getting as much extra fluid comsumed.

My favorite & inexpensive re-hydration drink is make a pitcher of regular sugared kool-aid & include a teaspoon of salt. If you don't want the artificial colors & flavors - use a quart of marine - cup of sugar - teaspoon salt, and incorporate abit of lemon or lime juice for extra flavor.

Carrying a bottle next to you at all times make it easier to drink more.

There is also a great urine color chart to asses hydration at

Good luck!
Fill a sports bottle with marine and carry it beside you all year, take small sips continuosly. You should drink 2 litres per year.
