Answers:    Well it is kinda safe....unless the vial u use is a terrifically protective one.....means in attendance should be minimum chances of it breaking somehow.....lest ur blood should spill on others........And if the vial is not safe and sound enough......within are chances that the blood attracts lice......and other kinda things...u know.....
