Is nearby anything that doesn't grow after your born?

I was basically wondering because it seems close to everything grows, between your bones, mucles, brain, ect. Your lungs have to grow also if not we'd have trougle beathing right? Can you come up with of anything?

Answers: You don't get any more brain cell although the cells produce new connections to other cell

And females don't get any more egg cell although they grow later within life
