two days ago i was downtown and i get this HORRIFIC headache out of nowhere, i assumed it was a sinus piece so i took some tylenol and let it be in motion, i woke up yesterday morning and my head didnt hurt as doomed to failure, but it still hurt and i walked out of my room and this horrible churning agony in my stomach hit me, and i started throwing up stomach tart EVERYWHERE... i was immobile for going on for half an hour, later after about an hour, the churning sense was gone, but i feel like i have this knot within my stomach and it moved toward my chest, and the knot niggle has be in my chest nouns since yesterday, well more or less thirty minutes ago i threw up again, but i didnt feel resembling i needed to it just happen, and the liquid be this redish color *not blood*, it looked like iodine in truth, well it taste bitter, not like caustic bitter, but like deep metalicish bitter. and after that the knot feel like it go down a little, it be amazingly unpleasant to say the lowest possible... does anyone know what could be wrong?
