I draw from up for arts school @ 7.30am, what time should i be in motion to bed?

I get tremendously tired, been going to bed @ 12 and 1am, i know its so stupid but i simply do stuff until then, i save saying i'll jump to bed @ 11pm but it never happens.

Could someone contribute me info how on important sleep is as ably? That will probably make me do it!


Answers:    I would be surrounded by the bed by 11 if I were you!! Teenagers inevitability 8-10 hrs of sleep. If you don't get satisfactory sleep your body will not work properly!! You need your rest!!
It depends on how infirm you are. Most adults need going on for 6-8 hours sleep. Kids need something like 10-12 hours sleep. Teenagers, about impossible to tell apart, give or bring.
