Been having a few bouts of constipation due to some distress meds for a bad ankle.

My Doctor in recent times recommended I use an over the counter remedy Dulcolax Perles, apparently quite investigational.

Just keen to know if anyone have tried them before I dance ahead, the dosage says lug 1 to 4 capsules, they are tiny, just looks to be anything in them.

Any experiences? Do they work in good health?

Answers:    I've used it, did'nt work for me. All it did was swell me up because they hold so much sodium in them. I use Phillips' Milk of Magnesia. It does'nt cramp me up. They hold it in cherry flover too. it does'nt tast unpromising like it use to. The directions enunciate 2 to 4 tbsp. I start with 2,if it does'nt start working contained by 2 to3 hrs. Itake 2 more. Get the liquid, it works faster.
