I want design info for a Youth Work session on Healthy Living. There'll be around five 18 year olds...?
I have a fixed budget for the session so i could buy things in, approaching food for example.
Anything involving games or activities would work ably. We're based surrounded by the city centre so i can set an movement which involves going out into town if that helps. I'm really stuck for design, I'm a youth worker, not a health guru, but I'm thinking it's probably better to try to endow with an overall picture of a healthy lifestyle rahter than focus on 1 aspect of it similar to exercise. I'll be handing out info on local gyms, natural food shops, maybe pick up some stuff from the doctor almost smoking etc.
Answers: Try buying several different kinds of foods, some apposite, like fruits and veggies, and some fruitless, like candy and second-hand goods food. Show each food and cooperate about it: if it help you or not, any particular nutrients it have and if it has any special ways to engineer your body feel better. Explain that the can abet increase energy and boost immune system. All the while, ingestion junk food will do the contrasting, they don't provide nutrients and many contain additives that are not devout for you. They can also lead to mass gain. Theres a start, take it more from here.
