headache
pressure in my throat (like somethings stuck)
sinus drainage
stuffy trunk
sharp pains in the upper tummy (under diaphragm)
fatigue
feeling that I'm going to throw up

Answers:    It sounds like a fruitless sinus infection. You may need an antibiotic to shake the infection. See your doctor. I doubt if it is serious, but a course of antibiotics may be indicated. Good luck.
