What do doctors look at when doing organ transplants?(details)?

When you donate blood they just see what blood time you are, and if you're heathly, your substance, age, etc.

But what do they look at when donating an organ to someone, or bone marrow? for some reason, I'm thinking they look at 6 different things. Does anyone know?

Answers:    They consider several things when choosing and organ for potential donation. The condition of the organ, the person's medical history, the person's familial medical history, and blood type. Mostly they examine the organ itself to make sure the tissue will not mar the recipient. If you hold been diagnosed as HIV positive, some bacterial or fungal infections, or you own active cancer or own recently have active cancer, later you will not be considered for becoming an organ donor.
I'm not sure how many at hand is, but they look at you family history, test to see if any organ damage, drug use. near has to be a long criteria
