What make yawning so contagious & why do we do it?
Answers: There was a recent study this year that found that yawning "cools the brain" (as atypical as that sounds), increasing its efficiency, and that the contagion is to aver group vigilance. Groups of early humans be more likely to survive animal attacks if they stayed on the alert, and yawning be a means of acknowledge group awareness.
Officialy nobody knows for clear in your mind. This is what most people THINK to be true.
Yawning occur when your body is trying to get rid of excess carbon dioxide. This is the most widely beleived principle for yawning
As for being contageous, deeply of people devise it is, but it has be found that this is mostly a psychological effect.
In anycase there are no genuine studies out there explaining the cause, or effects of yawning
