Answers:    Let's say it depends. Flushing a toilet every time you pee is unambiguously a way of wasting huge amounts of verbs water. But if within a public place, I always flush it out of respect for other populace who will use it. If it is a special toilet with two different hose down levels later I do as well.
But if it is a toilet one and only I will be using, then out of respect for outlook I don't.
Pee will smell more in elder people than contained by younger ones and even then it will start smelling individual if about 24 hrs stale. So flushing it after using it twice or after a dump will backing the environment and won't affect your hygiene.
