Insomnia problems?

I know what everyone sais about exersise, not drinking caffeen after that in the time, winding down at dark, but it seems close to iv'e tried EVERYTHING and I still cannot sleep. I even took two tylonel sleeping aids the other night and I still be up till about 5 or 6 surrounded by the morning (and I took them at like 10). It's really bothering me because presently I only sleep from nouns, and I usually only decline asleep in the afternoon and It seems similar to I never even see the sun anymore.

Well I havn't fell asleep since yesterday, but the weird point is I feel compleatly awake. Could nearby be somthing wrong with me except just insomnia? What should I do?
