does anyone know where within the uk i could buy led lights to travel around the wheels on my daughters wheelchair, be trying to look on search engine but not much luck.

Try an auto bits and pieces place where they supply oil, attention care, etc, or a truck and trailer supplies. You may enjoy to buy little individual ones, but it's worth a try.
