When I was home surrounded by ireland, I had a cold . bought some otc drug with paracetamol surrounded by it. I thought the meds worked great and what not. How ever my question is...can I grasp it here in the states? I surmise the medicine i took be called panadol. which I havent see here in the states. basically wondering if anyone knew.
