Answers: Your daughter may be having problems beside an impacted colon and is unable to move her bowel in general. If she is doing this at home, why isn't she using the toilet at home? Why would she have to use the toilet at conservatory?
I would take her to the doctor and hold her examined to make sure her bowel is not impacted. Then, I would instigate to give her a stool softener, or a soluble fiber to fire up normal bowel movements. Encourage her to use the toilet at home, where on earth she is not rushed. You may want to start this regiment on the weekend, when she doesn't have to be at conservatory.
Something else is going on here, not just her refusal to use the university bathrooms. Also, discuss sexual abuse near her to make sure she is not dangerous. Her behavior suggest deeper issues. Good luck.
no this is not safe and its unsanitary. She runs the risk of puncturing herself or scratch the inside of her rectum. Also she will be getting fecal matter beneath her nails and could be spreading e-coli and other heartless things. Does she ever bite her nails? She is probably embarresed in the region of having to walk at school, most kids are. you call for to explain that everyone does BM's, even her best friend and teachers, and movie stars. Maybe next she won't do it. Tell her this is unacceptable lifestyle.
