How can i sleep better?

its been 3 months since i in reality had a dutiful night sleep. i own been below alot of stress lately and cant really sleep. I even lost weight i know is not clean i look terrible what can i do to sleep better?? or how can i relax my body and mind?

Get hammer and pass out, you will sleep close to a baby.
Meditation is really great. Don't exercise or drink caffeine at least possible 3 hours before you jump to bed. Avoid alcohol (it can really disrupt your sleep cycle.) Some people find taking a hot tub and/or using lavender-scented creams or candles help.
