ok lets see i'm a healthyish 17 year mature male, never smoked, dont live next to smokers, dont have asthma, dont do any drugs, enjoy depression, and i am afraid and stressed out cause my girlfriend is disappearing me. i love her so much. i have a immensely fast heart rate right presently, having troubles not endorsement out, i'm breathing as if i'm doing a marathon, i'm shaking rather bit, i'm having troubles typing this, my hand feel a moment or two numb, and my eye lids wanna close...i wanna know whats going on, resembling why i never felt close to this when i got stressed previously now, and what i can do to aleviate(sp?) these things.. i tried to pull the wool over your eyes down and relax but i cant...

Answers:    You poor guy! I think we've adjectives been in that, you're just taking it harder than others. I have that one time too & it took a long time to calm down! Just try to relax as much as you can (I know it's easier said than done) & try to speak to someone (even if you don't feel approaching it) & I hope this passes for you as in a flash as possible! If you can, try to keep yourself busy & preserve your mind off her. Time will make well! And remember it can't get any worse, so it's gotta achieve better! I don't think there's anything anyone can transmit you at this point that will help too much! Try to hold your chin up & remember life does run on! Take care of yourself! I sincerely hope you grain better! :0)

Also agree w/ Gerry D about breathing surrounded by the paper rucksack. I know it helps w/ hyperventilating!
