Knees?
Is it bad for my knees and support to bend down to pick up my 7 pound doggie? Is there a process that I should pick him up? Well, thanks
Answers: powerfully there be this one time in Nursing conservatory when we were skilled of Body Mechanics... the clinical instructors said that when you have to pick something bulky up, you only bend your knees and not your support... where you should catch most of the force from your thighs
Keep your back straight, and bend at the knees.
