I thought I would get commonplace hearing again,but everythink is magnified,the rustle of composition,just brushing against some clothing,slap slap of my slippers on my floor,I`ve turned the volume down but it make no difference,I admit I`ve individual worn them for a few hours a day,if this is typical then I dont want them.

Answers:    Hi near, first thing to have a handle on is that suddenly you have get much more sensitive hearing on definite frequencies. For years just resembling myself your hearing have slowly deteriorated. You have in tune mentally to thinking that what you heard be normal. Now you are audible range what is really there and it seem strange. Your brain will adjust quite like lightning and within a couple of weeks what you hear immediately will seem moderately normal. If it still seem that certain sounds are over amplified be in motion the clinic or supplier as they can adjust the various frequency band . Couple of weeks and you will not even notice they are here, I would not be without mine. Good luck.
