Today in class, I am of late sitting there. Below my chest approaching in the middle, between the ribs, I get this feeling similar to someone stabbed me. And all of a sudden become kinda hard to breathe, my throat feel clogged. And everything turned light. (you know when you take light head everything seems to turn into a bright night light and you feel dizzy?) it be like that. last only a couple second but it was fearsome and werid. any idea on what this couldbe?

Answers:    It be probably gas, yes, gas. You can feel it contained by between your ribs sometimes and it does feel resembling stabbing. It can be hard to breath. But, it be most likely a short time ago an air bubble. It's happen to me before. Not fun.
