some days i look ok and some days i look like iam a matured my wrinkled and my skin colors turns really dark and my etyes attain bags below them and they become really red and irritated. also my neck get really supple and my body is slotched. I work and i feel sometimes so embarrased and aversion looking at people because i look so impossible. is there any medication over the counter or anything i can do to transform this. i also have diabetes. I do bear milk thistle to support liver function. please help
