Answers: First of adjectives, you've got to digit out why you're so sleepy. If you're not getting enough sleep, try going to bed quicker. Getting into healthy sleep conduct can be very difficult, so don't make available up too quickly.
If you're already getting satisfactory sleep (at least eight hours. That's not give or take a few eight hours; it's eight or more hours), then yes, regular exercise, such as indoor track, should back you feel smaller number exhausted, given some time. For the first few days, maybe even weeks, it's possible that it'll variety you more tired.
But this should enable you to achieve to sleep in plenty of time to acquire the required amount, and once that clears up, you should have more dynamism and be more awake during the day.
I'd vote that starting a sport is definitely a smart move, but don't expect things to clear up instantaneously.
I would recommend you not do Track for a while. You really inevitability to focus more on your sleep and get some more rest. If you do not catch rest you can actually get hold of sick from it.
