Is it possible to take goosebumps on emergency?

I know people can force tears from their eyes and "pretend cry," but can you do the same entity with goosebumps? Somehow control that?

Answers: i can do that-- i newly think spinal column to the time that saw my grand mother bending over uncovered in the bathroom shaving her toes.
