How can i product myself start falling asleep ealier?

i try to lay in bed and count sheep but it doesn't work...and i'm pretty stirring during the day too, i run, i do errands, i stir to school, etc. it's of late that i fall asleep at around 3 am and rouse up at 1 pm...how can i get myself to move about to bed earlier and get up up earlier?? i start a fresh job subsequent week and have to be nearby at 9 am...i appreciate any help, thankfulness

take melatonin. its really cheap and you can buy it OVC
