Does anyone know of anything to comfort release the built up emotion close to crying?
Answers: Well, if you really want to cry, read a terrible book (I practically drown every time I read "The Notebook") or watch a depressing movie ("What Dreams May Come" is in particular awful) just to seize things flowing. I've had a great deal of luck with drinking a bottle of red wine (yes, alone) and playing songs on my stereo that remind me of lost loves.
Or if you're not wanting to do the tears, try running or energetic exercise -- channel the unhappiness into anger (which, let's face it, it probably started that passageway anyway) and kick some asp until you discern better.
The only other entry I'd suggest is writing down your thoughts. Everything that's bothering you, everything you thought and felt going on for it, all the injustices you've suffered, etc. Put it within a letter that (maybe) you never even transport -- just acquire it out.
Good luck.
Accupuncture and massage and cardio vascular exercise and yoga are adjectives helpful for touching release, and also you might try the good antiquated fashioned remedy of watching a movie that makes you cry. It's accommodating if you can find a movie that has a area similar to the one in your duration - maybe you call for a hero movie where the underdog win? Maybe you just inevitability something like Lassie Come Home.
