Need some info on human intestins?

Ok I know this is kind of a sick cross-examine but theres no help for it.

I'm writing a psychological horror and I call for to know if the intestins in a human body can be strong adequate to make a makeshift rope next to?

Answers: I would think yes, the small intestine, but not the massive. It could be made stronger if it was dried resembling leather.

Do you have the guts to do it?
