What are the cause of man's big stomach and how will it be cured?
Answers: The large belly is caused by two things. One is repeatedly too large a volume of food or (usually) drink. Often this is beer/lager as it is drunk surrounded by large volumes and cause the gut to expand to accomodate. If this goes on unchecked the tummy gradually remains this shape - the typical 'beer belly'. Beer and lager are also elevated in calories which further add to a man's weight.
The other article that causes a substantial belly is lack of exercise. If they are drinking yawning quantities or consumption huge amounts of food, they are often, by non-attendance, not taking enough exercise to burn past its sell-by date the extra weight. This become a vicious circle, as the larger they get, it become harder to get into shape.
The risks of this are heart disease and diabetes, markedly the older a man become. Heart disease makes exercise even more difficult, as chest distress and breathlessness restrict movement. Diabetes can also restrict life save managed closely and renal (kidney) disease, opthalmic (eye) disease, cardiac (heart)disease, and divergent vascular (limbs) disease become a serious issue.
The only track to reverse this is to change the man's lifstyle. Stop drinking alcohol within large volumes, correct the diet near smaller amounts of carbs and protein and larger amounts of fresh fruit and veg. And take exercise - target the total body and not just the belly, tempting as this might be. Overall cardiac well-being lead to a fitter body.
It is also a case of inheritance - if the family are on the substantial side, then he may very well end up a short time rotund!
BTW - the men in the Phillipines aren't incomparable with this problem. Isn't that right, girls?!
