Hi, i have notice recently when i pilfer my socks off contained by the evening that my legs are somewhat swelled right above the line where on earth my socks come to. I usually wear socks that come right above my ankles. Also, my legs are really red in the swelled nouns as well for roughly speaking 6-8 inches up around this area. I dont assume my socks are real tight or anything....but perchance im wrong. Any clues?
Also, my feet and ankles seem to be to be fine.

Answers:    See a doctor as soon as possible! Leg swelling could be an indication of many conditions- some precarious (think- DVT, which could lead to pulmonary embolysm, which could be fatal). It could also indicate a heart problem since, when the heart is not functioning correctly, your circulation may be artificial with the result man swelling in your legs. Edema is not usual. You need to get hold of that checked out. They'll probably run some labs and do a leg doppler and/or echo to clear sure your heart is working normally.
