Can you oblige me appreciate a concept of nearsightedness and farsightedness?

I know about these conditions and why ancestors have them, but I be wondering: Do people who are nearsighted see essential things BETTER than people beside 20/20? And likewise, do farsighted general public see far things BETTER than people next to 20/20?

Answers:    No they don't. 20/20 refers to your near and far verbs accuracy. If your are nearsighted, later your distance vision suffers and one of the numbers change. If you are farsighted, then your close delusion suffers and the other number changes. If you own 20/20 then you can see both implicit and far objects with "ideal" exactness. You can have reverie that is better than 20/20 and one of the numbers will run up to indicate that you can see objects clearly at a further distance. People who are near or farsighted enjoy worse vision than those near 20/20.
I can't answer for farsighted, but I am nearsighted and do not see near things better than family with 20/20 illusion. Even the near things are purely a little bit blurry.

I in reality have a idea for comparison, because I was massively nearsighted, then have LASIK surgery. I had 20/20 delusion for 3 years and then get nearsighted again, although not as bad as past.
