Answers: Yo cut off the blood flow contained by a major artery. When you pinch someone's shoulder within the right place, you are actually pinching a foremost artery that is carrying blood to the brain. Other places this works are within the back of the arm and inner thigh (other huge arteries) but it will take longer for the effect to go on because those locations are farther away from the brain so you have to linger for the blood to finish cycling through the brain. You have to know exactly where on earth the artery is and apply a lot of pressure to it.
