120/80 is regard as normal but lower down to 90/60 is much better than difficult up to 140/90. Your diastolic pressure at 56 is a bit on the low side but probably still OK as long as it doesn't drop any lower.
If you suffer from fainting spells or touch faint, that apparently is one of the symptoms of low blood pressure.
It's a bit low, but within the mundane range.
