I stayed up until 11:30 last dark to do homework. Then I woke up at 7:00 this morning. I got home, and I've be on the computer for about 3 or 4 hours doing work and answering runeed.coms question. And my normal bedtime is around 10:30 (I stayed up unpunctually last night). Is the computer cause my tiredness? What should I do? I really want to stay up later, but I'm soo tired. Thanks! :)

Answers:    Your body is probably unused sleeping later at hours of darkness!! I know if I sleep only one hour after that I am usually more tired too!! Try managing your time better and try do your homework right when you get home so you will be done sooner or help yourself to a nap when you gain home to refresh yourself!! Also, subsequent week is Daylight Savings so you will get an extra hour of sleep!!
