How can I stop using smokeless tobacco?

I have be using smokless tobacco (skoal, snuff, etc) since the age of 15. I'm now 23.

My teeth aren't as white as they once be, and I have dental problems from my days of intake tons of candy when I was younger.

I really want to quit, but it's so not easy... Any ideas?

Answers:    The best route to stop is two fold. Get fake dip to relieve the oral cravings. Try Hooch Snuff, it is the best on the open market (http://www.hoochsnuff.com/).

Then go to a quit group and sign up. Kill The Can .org is a great one. (http://www.killthecan.org/). And they hold coupons for Hooch on their site.

Good luck
start smoking real tobbaco. close to marlboro smooths or dorals chewing tobbacco tastes approaching * compared to ciggs anyway... and ciggs dont * up ur teeth or insides of ur lips.
