Food upsetting stomach?

It seems that everything I am ingestion for the past few days have upset my stomach including mild gas from everything I eat. What could be the effect or a way to stop this?


Answers:    Try going a few days on foods that don't require profusely of digestion - rice, milk, eggs, cereals. Drink plenty of milk.
Give your stomach a rest and you may be fine after that.
