Answers: Hello Nate. First off, I worked for a Dermatologist for 8 years. I also contracted chicken pox as a 24 year weak adult.
Chicken pox as an grown can be MUCH more serrious. I had to be hospitalized for three days, and own I.V. antivirals, because the chicken pox was starting to infect my eye.
You probably do not hold chicken pox. They usually spread slower than what you are describing.
Do you have blisters? The pox are usually a blister.
With the small red dots adjectives over...that can be something to be concerned about. Are you poorly with ANYTHING else? Cold, sinus, flu, roughly not feeling powerfully?
Any wounds?
I'm actually glad they are itchy. It probably method you got into something you are allergic to. As long as you are have NO tightness of chest, or breathing problems you should be ok.
Call 911 IMMEDIATLY if you have the slightest bit of breathing difficulty. Seconds will count.
If it's something you are allergic to, Benadryl will aid.

I will also vote this, if you start to get blisters, and their is a possiblity you hold chicken pox, or measles, you need to STAY AWAY FROM WOMEN WHO MIGHT BE PREGNANT. That method NO GOING TO PUBLIC PLACES (even the Doctors office, they will come outside, and examine you contained by your car). If you pass measles of chicken pox onto a pregnant woman who have no resistance to it, her baby will be born retarded.

You hold edited your question and state that you DO own chicken pox. Did a doctor diagnose you?
You have be contagous the past week or two, even though you have no symptoms. Were you around any pregnant women that you know of? You need to stay home, and out of public places, until ALL of the blisters dry COMPLETELY up.
If you do hold chicken pox as an adult, I'm sorry. I hope it does not attain very doomed to failure. I was leader to toe blisters. They even traveled to areas I didn't know one could get chicken pox. My mouth, and lungs, and feminine areas. I was unpleasantly sick.
One of the worst spots you will find, will be your scalp. I lost over 1/2 of my hair, it be so bad. My scalp be a giant scab. Don't worry, your fleece will eventually grow back.
Don't score! The scratching is what lead to infection, which leads to scare. I had a truelly horrible satchel of chicken pox. I have solely one tiny white scar on my forehead, because I did NOT scrape.
I know you are misserable, but think how much MORE misserable you will be if you obtain a horrible infection going on top of chicken pox!
Good report is, you will not get chicken pox again within your life. Bad word is you can now return with shingles.
No cure for chicken pox. Get some calimine lotion. Prepare to have a confusion and feel fundamentally tired. Too bad you didn't achieve it earlier though. You'll live. Drink lots of marine.
