An underactive thyroid can raison d`être low body temperature and adjectives sorts of other things like consignment gain, low energy... and dozens more.

Look up Hypothyroidism – Underactive Thyroid.

Mine is also accompany with low blood pressure… But since big blood pressure runs in my ancestral I’m not all that upset!

Before you freak out roughly speaking it though…
Keep your thermometer next to your bed and the second you rouse up, before you do ANY MOVEMENT, a moment ago reach out, take the thermometer and take your temp.

This is your Resting Body Temperature.

This is the most accurate course to see if you really have low body temp because everything you do from walking to what you munch through or are wearing can change your temp.

If you do it for a week and it is other low then be in motion get a blood tryout to see if you have an underactive thyroid.
