Day 3 of no smoking, it truly seem harder today than yesterday, any model when it will take easier?

Ok no cigarettes in 3 days, today is a rough one, giving up is not an resort. I will stay strong, I will do this. But does anyone have any opinion when the withdrawal symptoms will stop mortal so intense?


Answers:    Actually its better to quit without doing it right on the spot, that opening you can actually gain prepared for it. If you plan it and put thought into it you will have a sophisticated success rate!
The first 3 days are the hardest! The patch definitly help but can be addictive itself and hard to bring back off of. The hardest member is the mental! Find things to do with your hand to overcome the addictive behavior off putting something within your mouth. I kept a ton of licorice around just to hold and munch on for the first couple of weeks. The entry I did that helped me the most be... Before I quit I wrote myself a letter that stated adjectives the reasons I required to quit, my health, my kids, living long ample to see my grandkids, not wanting my kids to watch me die a horrible extermination from cancer, all the money i would let go, things I could use the money for instead etc. I printed a bunch of them and hung them all around the house as a constant reminder. Visitors might surmise your crazy but it helps! LOL! I made a promise to myself that if I contracted to smoke a cigarette I would have to read the reminder first! If you really put your heart into the letter it will be firm to read it and still smoke!! I put a new patch on every hours of darkness before bed and have nightmares and weird dreams and sometimes made my heart see a little. I found out that those are pretty adjectives side effects and also found that it was much better to put the unusual patch on in the morning. Good luck and be strong! You will start to see differences in 3 days and those differences will hopefully distribute you reasons to stay strong!
If you can bring in it a week, things should start calming down. You may also want to try Chantix. It blocks the sensors within your brain that want nicotine.
