My friend has be feeling sick former times two days and I want to know what is wrong with him so i can facilitate him out or at least permit him know what he needs to do.

He said he have no fever but he have had nausea for two days, and what seem to be to be hot/cold flashes. Earlier today he also told me he felt some cramping.

Answers:    I'm not sure, it sounds like a flu,the finishing time i had the flu my symptoms where on earth,getting very cold impressively quick severe shivering sleepy and body ache i suggest him going to the doctors,
